Our company is led by Peter Rainger but we have a group of consultants who work with us to deliver our services. Peter is the Chief Education Officer and takes personal accountability and responsibility for the medical accuracy and educational quality of all our work.

Peter has also worked on projects with:
Higher Education Academy, JISC, BECTA, Royal Colleges and PSRBs.
Peter has worked with universities across the world on numerous projects but he was a member of staff at:
The University of Sussex, University of Brighton, University of Birmingham and University of Warwick.
What does Surgigogy mean?
Andra-gogy is the art and science of teaching adults, whist peda-gogy is often mistakenly used to describe the art and science of teaching for all subjects but is in fact specifically related to the learning, teaching and assessment of children. Heuta-gogy is the art and science of developing independent self-directed learners who move beyond andragogy (often associated with post-graduate level education).
Recently we have delivered a significant amount of high-quality education in the field of surgery so we have coined the term surgi-gogy.
However, our unique expertise also covers the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of healthcare, clinical, medical and biomedical scientific or related social-science related subjects.
We also provide world-leading expertise in the design of clinical simulations for the MedTech/Pharma industry which includes the project management of commercial providers and review of competitor provisions.
